Buying parts in our web shop

Can you order parts for me?
No, unfortunately not. We only buy & sell lots and overstock, so we can´t order any specific part.

If I send you a picture, can you tell me if you have that part in stock?
You have to search in our webshop, please use the extended search option.

I bought the wrong size, model etc can I change or get my money back?
Yes, you can change or return the bought items within 14 days of receiving your parcel but ONLY when the parts are still in the same condition and sealed or when the original package is not damaged.
Send us an e-mail to notify us what and why you want to return it, plus add your bank details and we shall send you a retour voucher for our administration to add with the goods. You can the items to;

Please note that we are not liable for any return costs and we recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit.

Alternatively, you could notify us by e-mail and pop by during opening hours to either return or change the item.

Do I have warranty on new items?
We can´t give any factory warranty because we buy in lots, overstock and by auctions. Please contact us when you have a technical problem with the item.

Can I have an invoice with IVA (VAT)?
Our items are subject to the IVA-Margin laws, so on the provided invoice is “MARGIN” mentioned. This IVA is NOT deductible!
Some items in the webshop are subject to 21% IVA.  You will see that by the article price in the webshop and on the invoice.
The IVA is always included in the mentioned prices of our webshop!

When can I pick up the items that I reserved in the webshop?
The hours you can collect your items are
Monday                10.00 – 14.00
Wednesday                14.00 – 19.00
Friday                        11.00 – 19.00
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday  only by appointment
Sunday                  Closed
Please send us a quick email if you are delayed for picking up.

I need the items very urgent, can I come directly to the warehouse?
The warehouse is not always open and we need also some time to collect the items. If it´s very urgent please sent us an email.

Can I come to your warehouse and look around?
Sorry, but that is not possible. You can use the Costumer Service Computer on the reception desk of our warehouse to have a look in our stock and order/buy items.

How often do you get new items in your webshop?
Nearly every day we get new items, have a look in the webshop or subscribe to our newsletter to receive weekly information about the new items.

Are you every day open?
You can order from the website 24/7 and we are present every day, but our opening hours to visit/picking up are

Selling to the Ship Outlet Store

Can you give me a price if I send you an email with pictures?
Sorry, but we need first to see the items before we can give you a price

Can I come to your warehouse with items I want to sell and do you pay cash?
Only if you have send us an email before with the items and we have confirmed to you that we would like to see it.

Do you check electronic parts before you give a price?
Yes we do. We prefer to estimate a price, for example radars, when the equipment is still installed in the boat/yacht. Small electronics we can test in the warehouse.

Can I get a receipt when I sell items to you?
Yes, we give you a receipt

Do you pay in cash or only by bank transfer?
We pay usually in cash, but bigger amounts will be transferred by bank or card to you.

Delivery

How long does it take for my order to arrive? 
All orders done before 16.00, will be send the same day. After 16.00 it will be given to the transporter the next working day. The delivery time depends on your location, but normally it will take between 24hr and 72hr to arrive.

I need the items urgent, can I pick them up?
Yes, you can. Either come to the warehouse during the opening hours or make an appointment by sending an e-mail. Our opening hours to pick up are

Do you send items to a PO Box, Marina, Yacht or Commercial address?
Yes, we do, we send it to the address provided but we are not liable for any loss or damage.

Return or change
