1 BUYING PARTS IN OUR WEB SHOP
1.1 Can you order parts for me?
Some parts can ordered but others can't. So please send us an e-mail and we shall get back to you soon.
1.2 If I send you a picture, can you tell me if you have that part in stock?
The majority of items we have can be found in our web shop. So please have a look using the extended search option. If not found, do send us an e-mail.
1.3 Do I have warranty on new items?
We can´t give any factory warranty because we buy lots, overstock and auctions. Please, contact us if you have any technical problem with an item.
1.4 I need the items very urgently, can I come directly to the warehouse?
You can visit the warehouse only by appointment. Send us an e-mail of Whatsapp +31 6 12569300 to discuss what time you can come.
1.5 Can I have an invoice with BTW (VAT)?
Our items are subject to the tax laws, so on the provided invoice is “MARGIN” mentioned. This BTW is NOT deductible!
Some items in the web shop are subject to 21% BTW. You will see that by the article price in the web shop and on the invoice.
The BTW is always included in the mentioned prices in our web shop!
1.6 When can I pick up the items that I reserved in the web shop?

1.7 Are you open every day?
You can order from the website 24/7 but please send us an email or WhatsApp +31 6 1256 9300 to discuss what time you can pop by.
1.8 Can I come to your warehouse and look around?
Sorry, but that is not possible. You can use the Costumer Service Computer on our warehouse reception desk to check our stock and order/buy items.
1.9 How often do you get new items in your web shop?
We get new items nearly every day. Have a look in the web shop or subscribe to our newsletter to receive weekly information about the new items.
2.1 How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders submitted before 14.00 hours will be sent the same day and will be delivered on the mainland the next (working) day. After 14.00 hours they will be given to the transporter the next working day.
When the items are not on stock, it will take 2 to 5 working days, depending on the country.
2.2 I need the items urgently, can I pick them up?
Yes, but only by appointment and when items are on stock. You can make an appointment by sending an e-mail or WhatsApp +31 6 1256 9300.
2.3 Do you send items to a PO Box, Marina, Yacht or Commercial address?
Yes, we do. We send your order to the provided address but we are not liable for any loss or damage.
3 RETURN OR CHANGE
3.1 I bought the wrong size, model etc., can I make a change or get my money back?
You can change or return the purchased items within 14 days of receiving your parcel but ONLY if the parts are still in the same condition and sealed and as long as the original package is not damaged.
Send us an e-mail to notify us what and why you would like to return. Include also your bank details and we shall send you a retour receipt for you to enclose with the goods.

Please note that we are not liable for any return costs. We also recommend you to send the package with a tracking number.
The following items can not be returned:
- items shipped outside the EU,
- electronic equipment,
- all items that were not in stock and have been ordered specially and
- customized items.
4 SELLING TO SHIP OUTLET STORE
4.1 Can you give me a price if I send you an email with pictures?
Sorry, but we need to see the items first before we can give you a price.
4.2 Can I come to your warehouse with items I want to sell?
Only if you sent us an e-mail with information/pictures of the items before and we confirmed that we would like to see them.
4.3 Do you check electronic parts before you give a price?
Yes, we do. We prefer to estimate a price when the equipment is still installed on the boat/yacht, for example radars. We can test small electronics at the warehouse.
4.4 Can I get a receipt when I sell items to you?
Yes, we will give you a receipt.
4.5 Do you pay in cash or only by bank transfer?
We usually pay in cash, but bigger amounts will be transferred by bank or card to you.
Please note that we can ask for your ID!
