1 TO BUY IN OUR WEB SHOP

All Volvo Penta parts can be ordered, takes (max) 1 day.

Ordering parts from other brands is usually possible, but unfortunately sometimes not, so please send us a mail with details of the article you would like to order and we shall come back to you soon.

The majority of items we have can be found in our web shop. So please have a look using the extended search option. If the article or part can not be found, do send us an e-mail or WhatsApp +31-6-1256 9300.

We cannot provide a manufacturer's warranty on the items we have in stock because we buy stock lots, overstock and from auctions. Normally items we order have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

If you want to know whether the item you are buying has a warranty, please contact us.

Our items are subject to the tax laws, so on the provided invoice is “MARGIN” mentioned. This BTW is NOT deductible!

Some items in the web shop are subject to 21% BTW.  You will see that by the article price in the web shop and on the invoice.

The BTW is always included in the mentioned prices in our web shop!

Sorry, but that is not possible. You can use the Costumer Service Computer on our warehouse reception desk to check our stock and order/buy items.

We get new items nearly every day. Have a look in the web shop or subscribe to our newsletter to receive weekly information about the new items.

2 DELIVERY

All orders submitted before 14.00 hours will be sent the same day and will be delivered on the mainland the next (working) day. After 14.00 hours they will be given to the transporter the next working day.

When the items are not on stock, it will take 2 to 5 working days, depending on the country.

Yes, but only by appointment and when items are on stock. You can make an appointment by sending an e-mail or WhatsApp +31 6 1256 9300. 

Yes, we do. We send your order to the provided address but we are not liable for any loss or damage.

3 RETURN OR CHANGE

You can change or return the purchased items within 14 days of receiving your parcel but ONLY if the parts are still in the same condition and sealed and as long as the original package is not damaged.

Send us an e-mail to notify us what and why you would like to return. Include also your bank details and we shall send you a retour receipt for you to enclose with the goods.

Please note that we are not liable for any return costs. We also recommend you to send the package with a tracking number. 

The following items can not be returned: 
- items shipped outside the EU, 
- electronic equipment, 
- all items that were not in stock and have been ordered specially and

4 SELLING TO SHIP OUTLET STORE

Sorry, but we need to see the items first before we can give you a price.

Only if you sent us an e-mail with information/pictures of the items before and we confirmed that we would like to see them.

Yes, we do. We prefer to estimate a price when the equipment is still installed on the boat/yacht, for example radars. We can test small electronics at the warehouse.

We usually pay in cash, but bigger amounts will be transferred by bank or card to you.
