Return Policy

The item to be returned must be registered as a return under "returns" on this website. Upon approval, you will receive a return code from us. You must clearly affix this number next to the shipping label.

Packages without this return code will not be accepted and/or processed.

For returns WITHOUT a return code, an administration and restocking fee of 15% of the sales amount will be deducted from the refund.
We accept no liability whatsoever for packages without the return code!

Returns for which a credit note has been issued must be received at the warehouse within 14 days of the invoice date. After 14 days, the return will no longer be processed.

Please note that we are not liable for any return shipping costs or damage to returned items. We also recommend sending the package with a tracking number and insurance.

Keep in mind, the following items can not be returned:
- items shipped outside the EU,
- electronic/electrical equipment, and or parts with any form of data storage
- all items that were not in stock and have been ordered specially and
- customized items.
