On our webshop and in our apps, you can pay with credit- and debit cards via PayPal (not necessary to have a PayPal account), with IDeal and by IBAN Bank transfer. When you come to pick up your order in Rotterdam, it is only possible to pay with cash.
We mainly deliver to The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, other countries in Europa and North America but packages can also be send to the rest of the world.
Orders done before 14.00 hours can be delivered the next (working) day.
All items will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer.

For items not on stock, it will take between 2 to 5 working days depending on the country.
If you prefer to collect your purchase at the warehouse in Rotterdam, finish your purchase online and choose “Pick up at the warehouse”.
You will receive an e-mail with the possible times to pick up your purchase.
Payments at the warehouse can only be done in cash.
You have 1 week after the purchasing date to pick up your goods at the warehouse. For large orders we can ask you for a deposit.
If you are not sure about the size, model etc., send us an e-mail for more information or buy your item(s) to “Pick up at the warehouse”. If the items are not what you are looking for, you can cancel your purchase without any costs!

Shopping and/or walking around in the warehouse is NOT possible unfortunately. But if you need more items when you are at the warehouse, you can always use our Customer Service Computer on the desk at the reception to check our stock.
