Return Policy

You can change or return the purchased items within 14 days of receiving your parcel but ONLY if the parts are still in the same condition and sealed and as long as the original package is not damaged.

The returned item must be registered as a return "when returning" on this website. After approval, you will receive a return code from us. You must clearly stick this number next to the shipping label.


Packages without this return code will not be accepted and/or processed.
We accept no liability for packages without the return code!

Returns for which a credit note has been issued must be received at the warehouse within 14 days of the invoice date. After 14 days, the return will no longer be processed.

Please note that we are not liable for any return shipping costs or damage to returned items. We also recommend sending the package with a tracking number and insurance.

Keep in mind, the following items can not be returned:
- items shipped outside the EU,
- electronic/electrical equipment, and or parts with any form of data storage
- all items that were not in stock and have been ordered specially and
- customized items.
